Hi, my name is Dirk Wolter, and I have been at Fineline since 1995.
I started out working as a commercial trainee in PCB manufacturing, continued in computer aided manufacturing for 2 years, and then successfully ran the operational sales for several years. After merging with AVIV PCB in 2007, I became the managing director of our operations in the Netherlands.
Our team is strong, has a good mindset, and helps each other to grow. Working with us, you will learn about the technical magic behind all electronic devices in the present and future, gain confidence, and be responsible for your own decisions.
This is your opportunity to step into the electronic field and gain deep knowledge about PCB manufacturing, and professional sales.

I have been the Inside Sales Representative here at Fineline since 2021.
I really like the international aspect of my job: the contact with vendors, customers and colleagues all around the world. In addition, I love that I have responsibility to manage my own schedule and balance my time working from home and visiting with national and international clients.
Ou should join Fineline because there is a really good atmosphere within Fineline. We are working hard, but there is also space to have fun together!
I have been at Fineline since 2015, as the Sales Manager for the Benelux market.
My favorite part of this job is meeting new people, and achieving goals together with the customer. I love finding new market opportunities, and even after all this time I am still amazed by the applications that our PCBs are used in.
I believe that Fineline challenges you to become the best professional version of yourself by providing the tools needed to improve on your weaknesses and highlighting your strengths.
I have been at Fineline since 2022 as a PCB Layout Designer/Engineer. In addition, I am in training to become active in the CAM department and I am already active as editor for the newsletter within Fineline!
I love to cooperate with colleagues on projects, cooperate with the schematic designers to create PBCs, and serve our customers in the best way. Everyone is actively welcoming towards newcomers, including them quickly in the customs of the company, and helping each other understand and grow.
