I joined Fineline when Exception VAR were acquired in October 2016.
For me, everything is about our people and culture. Without our team, we could not deliver the service that has enabled us to become such a successful company, growing threefold in our first five years to become one of the UKs largest PCB suppliers today and part of Fineline Global, a world leader in our field.

Meet our employees
I have been working in PCBs since 2000, and in Fineline since 2016.
I started out as the Operations Director, and then switched over to Quality Director, overcoming new and different challenges arising daily. My role is wide and varied, giving me the opportunity to broaden my knowledge and develop new skills, and I get great satisfaction from the impact that I’m able to make on the business.
The staff are all a great support in helping me complete the tasks required, and I enjoy building relationships with the clients and getting to know their business requirements. It is clear that the dedicated and knowledgeable people are the biggest asset to Fineline.

I’ve been working at Fineline since 2022.
As an Account Manager, I have daily contact with our customers and have the opportunity to build relationships that contribute to the company’s success. We ensure the smooth running of their business, whether it’s rescheduling orders, providing regular updates, or managing their stock.

I have been at Fineline since 2017. As the Business Development Director every day is very different, and I am always learning about different technologies and challenges within the PCB market.
