Hi, my name is Shay Padness, and I am the General Manager of Fineline Israel, and am proud to have been working at Fineline for over a decade now, since 2012.

I have been at Fineline Since 2015, and the truth is that I love everything about my job.
My position as a Corporate Controller is very interesting and challenging, and my work directly impacts Fineline’s finances. Coordinating with many members of Fineline’s and our partner’s finance team, I enjoy the responsibility as well as the opportunities to work together and meet our goals.

I have been working at Fineline since 2009. After so many years, it just feels like home – I love the people I see every morning.
I am currently the Director of the Sales Department, after working as a Sales Team Manager and then a Purchasing Manager. My job has a variety of responsibilities, but my favorite is guiding, training, and mentoring my employees.

I have been working at Fineline since 2017 and am currently the Finance Manager, after working as a Bookkeeper. In my job, I enjoy assisting, problem-solving, and seeking out fresh ideas, and appreciate the opportunity to improve processes.
My favorite part of working at Fineline is my fantastic team, I love working with them, and learned a lot from them. They are all very talented and professional.

I have been working at Fineline since 2020, as a Logistics and Customer Service Coordinator. I have the absolute dream team, and love being in touch with all other departments in Fineline.
