Your mission

As a Teamleader Inside Sales, you will act as a working leader, combining operational responsibilities with team management. Part of your job consists of collaborating and the other part consists of coaching and mentoring your team members to help them grow and succeed. You will assist with complex client issues and provide support to your team in resolving challenges. Your role is crucial in maintaining the daily operations, ensuring the team stays on track, and fostering a collaborative environment where everyone thrives. You will be responsible for onboarding new team members and providing them with the guidance they need to succeed.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Leading and coaching the team.
  • Lead onboarding processes for NL and DE teams and maintain competence matrices.
  • Optimising work processes and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Supporting the field staff and contributing to sales strategies.
  • Analysing sales figures and thinking about commercial opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Purchase Order team to ensure accurate order alignment

Your profile

  • You have around 5 years of experience in inside sales and are now ready to take the next step. You have a strong understanding of inside sales and sales in general.
  • You can help your team members when they are struggling with daily tasks, and you’re eager to support new members as they onboard.
  • You have excellent communication skills, both in English (essential) and preferably Dutch. German is a plus! 
  • You are open-minded, not shy, and have the ability to address issues in a constructive and respectful way.
  • While you will be leading the team, you are also involved in daily tasks and can step in when needed to handle specific situations or challenges.
  • Willingness to travel to others Offices within the Fineline Family.
