Your mission

In this position, you will take on a central role in employee support and work closely with our leadership team. You will be the primary point of contact for our employees in Germany, Austria, and the Netherlands, responsible for the efficient implementation of HR processes. Additionally, you will play an active role in the ongoing development of our human resources management.   • Regular personal contact with our more than 70 employees in Germany, the Netherlands, and Austria, as well as participation in regular employee meetings with respective managers
  • Coaching and sparring with both employees and management
  • Leading and executing the recruitment process, including sourcing, selection, and conducting initial interviews
  • Coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Managing employee development plans, local training activities, and regular performance management processes
  • Recommending and implementing strategies to maintain team motivation and engagement, including team-building and employee well-being events
  • Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory HR requirements in all three countries
  • Monitoring workplace policies, accident prevention measures, workplace safety, and the company car policy
  • Managing the organization’s employee database (including systems such as Personio) and generating reports as needed
  • Collaborating closely with our payroll consultants to ensure the accurate transfer of personal data (preparatory payroll, travel expense claims)
  • Overseeing vacation policies and compliance with statutory time tracking
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices

Your profile

  • Several years of professional experience in HR management, ideally in an international environment
  • Hands-on mentality combined with strong social skills and a service-oriented mindset
  • Experience in employee development and performance management, including coordinating training and development plans
  • Familiarity with labor laws and regulatory requirements in Germany, the Netherlands, and Austria
  • Analytical skills for creating and evaluating reports and strategically advancing HR initiatives
  • Proactive, solution-oriented work style with an interest in the latest HR trends and best practices
  • Excellent English skills, both written and spoken, are required
