Your mission
You are good at managing your relationships with your (internal / external) customer contacts. You are decisive and you can map out who the relevant stakeholders are and what role they play in the decision-making process. From here you can see who and what added value Fineline can offer and you stay one step ahead of the competition every time. By entering into a dialogue with the customer at company level, you map out the processes, vision of the future, wishes and requirements and then you know how to translate these into our product portfolio. You have a practical approach to determine your own success, achieve and exceed goals. The single point of contact is the point of contact for internal and external customers for goals, performance and needs. You will work closely with the operations manager, sales managers and your account team to provide customers with quotations in a timely manner, the processing and on-time delivery of order, communication to the customer about the progress of the order and the general customer satisfaction and intervene in emergencies. In addition, you contribute to the improvement of internal processes.
Tasks / Responsibilities:
- Preparing PCB’s and discuss possible costs / production optimization options with your customers.
- Selecting the right partners depending on customer demand: delivery time, quantity, capacity and technical spec.
- Issue the quotations with the associated follow-up to map out customer wishes.
- Reporting on the progress of your Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
- Answering internal and external customer questions for your customers and contacts.
- Processing orders, cancellations, order confirmations and redeliveries following complaints and the follow up.
- Supervising the correct execution of the departmental processes and optimize them.
- Coordinate with the operations manager, commercial manager, sales managers and vendors.
- Visit customers
- Guarantee and optimize customer satisfaction.
Your profile
- You have a technical or commercial education or have comparable qualifications
- Pro-active attitude with a strong business mindset and a strong will to succeed
- You have good communication skills and an open ear for the customer
- Ideally, you already have experience working with printed circuit boards
- Good time management skills
- You keep an overview when many tasks are waiting for you at the same time and don´t let stress throw you off track
- Knowledge of AX, Salesforce, BI Qlickview/Qlicksense is desirable, but not essential
- Good written and spoken German and English skills
- In addition, you have a class B driver´s license and are willing to travel
